Order Processing Times
Please note that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout. All orders are processed within 4 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details.
Potential Delays: Due to a high volume of orders or issues with postal services, there may occasionally be delays that are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For orders within India, we offer both calculated and flat rate shipping options:
- Flat Rate Shipping: ₹90 flat rate across India.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over ₹4900.

Local Delivery
For customers within Pune, we offer a free local delivery service for orders over ₹500. For orders under ₹500, a delivery fee of ₹110 will be applied. Local deliveries are made between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM on business days. We will send you a text message on the phone number provided at checkout to confirm the delivery timing on the day of arrival.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping and only ship within India.
